Job Description

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily, fast-paced kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to recipes and portion control.
  • Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff, including monitoring performance and maintaining discipline.
  • Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict food safety, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and order ingredients or supplies.
  • Support: Assist the Head Chef or Manager with menu planning and kitchen equipment maintenance.
