Site supervisor

Responsibilities

. To Site Supervisor

. To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.

. Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.

. Coordinate between colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.

. To supervise subcon works and ensure subcontractor's progress in accordance to schedule.

. Ensure proper preparation of work areas to carry out the works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.

. To coordinate with the client's supervisory staff on day to day activities, inspections, etc.

. To liaise with Main-con and other contractors to ensure smooth operation.

. Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.

Job Requirements:

-Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary/O Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
