Site Supervisor

Job Description

• To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.

• Regular checking of material, equipment and tools to ensure no stoppages.

• Provide training & briefing to all new workers

• Regular check on workers punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.

• Monitor the productivity of each worker based on work done.

• Supervise the progression of projects and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan

• To perform daily site safety inspections and ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner and environment.

• Liaise with the relevant parties such as Main-contractors, Consultants, Sub-contractors, etc

• To participate in meetings when required

• Perform other duties and tasks assign by the Management
