SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

. Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed to required standards.

. Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleaning schedules and duties.

. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and hygiene compliance.

. Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.

. Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain good relationships.

. Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment inventory.

. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

. Ensure adherence to workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

. Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.

. At least 2-3 years of experience in cleaning/environmental services, with supervisory experience preferred.

. Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.

. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to manage manpower and work schedules effectively.

. Physically fit and willing to work on-site.

. Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Preferred Attributes:

. WSQ certification in environmental cleaning or related training.

. Experience in healthcare, industrial, or commercial cleaning projects.

. Customer service-oriented and proactive attitude.
