About the role
As a Cleaning Supervisor at WCS SERVICES PTE LTD, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective cleaning operations for our clients within the Kent Ridge Central Region. This full-time position will see you leading a team of cleaners, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are consistently delivered.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
- Hands on work and conducting regular inspections to monitor the quality of cleaning and identifying areas for improvement
- Providing training and guidance to the cleaning team to continuously develop their skills
- Liaising with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and expectations
- Maintaining detailed records of cleaning activities and inventory
- Troubleshooting and resolving any cleaning-related issues that may arise
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar cleaning supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment and materials
What we offer
- 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
- 7am to 3:30pm
