Cleaning on site Supervisors

About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced On-Site Cleaning Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily cleaning operations of a residential condominium. The successful candidate will ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained, supervise cleaning staff, and coordinate with the condominium management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaners, allocate duties, and monitor work quality.
• Ensure all common areas, facilities, and grounds are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, manage supplies and equipment inventory.
• Provide training and guidance to staff, and handle residents feedback effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in cleaning or a related field.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
• Physically fit and able to manage operational tasks.
• WSQ Environmental Cleaning certifications will be an advantage.
• This position is only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, in line with local workforce hiring requirements.
