we are looking for supervisor details as belows:
1. Team Management
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaners across assigned sites.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily work schedules.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cleaners.
- Motivate staff to maintain high standards of work performance.
2. Operational Duties
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out according to contract requirements (toilets, offices, common areas, external grounds, etc.).
- Check quality of cleaning and make sure all areas meet hygiene standards.
- Handle cleaning machines and ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- Monitor stock of cleaning materials and request replenishment when necessary.
3. Inspection & Reporting
- Conduct daily/weekly inspections of work areas.
- Record inspection results and report any defects, damages, or safety hazards.
- Provide feedback to management on manpower, equipment, and materials needed.
- Prepare incident or accident reports when required.
4. Customer Service
- Act as the main point of contact with clients/building management.
- Handle feedback, complaints, and special requests from clients.
- Coordinate ad-hoc cleaning assignments (events, emergencies, deep cleaning).
5. Health & Safety
- Ensure cleaners follow workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
- Conduct toolbox meetings / safety briefings.
- Report accidents and enforce safe use of chemicals and equipment.
6. Administrative Duties
- Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and timesheets.
- Submit performance reports and site updates to management.
- Assist in recruitment, orientation, and evaluation of new cleaners.
