We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing cleaning services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, and leading our cleaning teams to deliver the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

. Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites

. Lead, train, and motivate cleaning supervisors and staff

. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards

. Manage client relationships and handle service feedback professionally

. Plan staff deployment and scheduling to optimize efficiency

. Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies for smooth operations

. Prepare operational reports and assist management in decision-making

Requirements:

. Proven experience in cleaning / facility management industry

. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

. Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure

. Knowledge of WSQ standards and safety requirements will be an advantage

. Good computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software)

. Minimum Diploma in related field preferred
