** Help us scale a new consumer engagement platform through your network of resellers and partners **

Were building a new category at the intersection of casual gaming, education, and discovery helping brands engage their audiences through bite-sized, customizable games with a built-in rewards engine.

Players earn Kudos and redeem them for digital or real-world rewards, making Klujo a plug-and-play gamified engagement platform for brands.

Were now entering high-growth SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand) where telcos, travel, retailers, and fintechs are actively seeking innovative engagement tools.

Were looking for a Fractional Business Development Partner who can unlock these markets quickly by leveraging their existing reseller, distributor, or agency relationships to drive adoption.

Why This Role Is Different

This isnt a traditional BD role. Were looking for someone who:

  • Already has a network of resellers, channel partners, and agencies in SEA.
  • Can open doors quickly to brands and platforms seeking loyalty and engagement solutions.
  • Wants to earn meaningful upside through a monthly retainer and commission while working fractionally.

Your Mission
  • Expand Klujos reach by introducing us to your reseller, MSP, or agency network and facilitating partnership discussions.
  • Lead partner onboarding, from initial conversations to signed deals.
  • Collaborate with our core team on integration models, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide pipeline visibility and actively contribute to scaling Klujos SEA channel network.

What Were Looking For
  • A proven BD, partnerships, or channel sales leader in SEA with deep connections in fintech, telco, super apps, or digital commerce.
  • Someone with hands-on experience working with resellers or distributors to scale SaaS or MarTech solutions.
  • Familiarity with startup or high-growth environments; able to operate independently and move quickly.
  • Strong negotiator, network-driven seller, and opportunity creator.
