Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; deploy floor strategies to maximise conversion and basket size.
- Lead, coach, and schedule retail associates; build a motivated, customer-first team culture aligned with Determinant's brand standards.
- Deliver a consistently premium in-store experience befitting the Takashimaya retail environment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards in line with brand guidelines and Takashimaya's tenancy requirements.
- Manage stock integrity — overseeing receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and shrinkage control.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve service recovery situations swiftly.
- Liaise with mall management and internal stakeholders on promotions, product launches, and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with store SOPs, cashiering procedures, and loss prevention policies.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, staff attendance records, and ad hoc operational updates to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years in fashion retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior sales capacity.
- Presentable, well-spoken, and confident engaging both customers and mall stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets, team rostering, and store operations independently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail inventory management.
- Experience in departmental store environment is a strong advantage.
- A collaborative team player with a structured approach and commercial mindset.
