Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share growth across all stores
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and company policies
- Drive business performance through analysis of KPIs, sales data, and market trends
- Lead, coach, and develop store management teams to achieve high performance and succession readiness
- Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives across the retail network
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and loss prevention to ensure operational efficiency
- Oversee new store openings, closures, and retail expansion initiatives
- Ensure consistent and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and action plans
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of retail management experience, preferably in multi-store operations
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving business targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience managing managers
- Excellent business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in inventory management, operations, and retail compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Well-groomed, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
