Handle end-to-end store operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, labelling, issuing, and dispatching of goods
Support delivery activities, including accompanying drivers and assisting with loading/unloading when required
Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and other systems
Perform stock reconciliation and report discrepancies (damage, shortage, incorrect items)
Maintain proper storage layout, cleanliness, and safety compliance in the store
Assist in periodic stock-takes and inventory reporting to stakeholders
Coordinate closely with internal teams (procurement, technical, workshop, logistics) to support material requirements
Ensure proper stock level monitoring and raise requisitions when needed
Safeguard store security and ensure only authorised access
Support continuous improvement of store processes and efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum O-Level or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management
Experience in marine / shipping / offshore / logistics industry is strongly preferred
Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, packing, and moving goods as required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Good communication and coordination skills across departments
Able to work under pressure and adapt to operational demands
