Store cum Delivery

1. Receiving Goods

• Inspect and verify incoming stock against delivery orders/invoices.
• Check for damages, quantity discrepancies, or incorrect items.
• Unload and organize deliveries.

2. Storing Inventory

• Properly store items in designated locations.
• Use shelving, racks, or storage systems to maintain order.
• Maintain proper labeling and documentation.

3. Inventory Management

• Assist in periodic stocktaking.
• Use inventory management systems (Excel + ERP system).

4. Issuing Goods

• Pick, pack, and issue stock as per requests or job orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation for outgoing items.
• Coordinate with other departments or customers regarding supply needs.

5. Housekeeping & Safety

• Keep the store/warehouse clean and organized.
• Maintain stock record .
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
• Support audits and stock reconciliation processes.

Required Skills

• Basic math and record-keeping
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (for inventory software)
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• work in weekends/PH if needed.
