Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring stock is tracked properly and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products in a timely manner to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of products to optimize space and prevent product damage.
Monitoring of Stock Movement:
- Monitor inventory stocks in warehouse and system.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on stock levels, movements, and audit findings.
Order Processing and Order Management
- Create PO and update items into system.
- Match items code and stock inventory against sales order to ensure adequate supply before issuing of delivery order.
- Generate DO and liaise with warehouse to ensure orders are delivered timely.
- Churn out invoices to Finance and send it out to the customer/outlets.
Receiving and Issuing Stock:
- Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring that products are properly documented, inspected, and stored in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate the issuance of stock to destinations as per requirements.
Inventory Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, summarizing stock levels, movements, and any issues.
- Provide insights into inventory trends and highlight areas for improvement.
System Management:
- Update and maintain the inventory management system with accurate stock data.
- Ensure proper documentation for stock movement and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Extract monthly sales report from system.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and timely stock availability.
- Assist in coordinating product returns, transfers, and deliveries to customers.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure that all inventory handling procedures comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Take part in implementing best practices for inventory handling and storage.
Any adhoc duties as deemed appropriate
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:
- ITE or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., Autocount).
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, pivot tables).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically.
Attributes:

- Comfortable with doing hands-on duties in warehouse environment, at times.
