Job scope:
- Administer medications, treatments, including wound care, and interventions as prescribed.
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and revise individualised care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team (including allied health, behaviour support, therapists).
- Provide emotional support during meltdowns of the residence.
- Ensure safe and therapeutic care environment
- Supervise nurse aides or healthcare assistants. Provide clinical guidance, training, and oversight.
- Maintain clinical records, ensure documentation with prevailing standards / regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Have relevant experience with adults with special needs
- Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) & Alternate Saturday
