Orthopaedic Nurse Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists surgeons in performing surgical techniques in the field of sports medicine using Company's instruments, implants and consumables
• Guide surgeons in using new products and techniques
• Ensures appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
• Builds positive relationships with customers
• Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products to address them
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques
• Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Nursing or medical qualification. Must be Ortho Trained
• 3+ years related working experience
• Registered nurse
• Professional experience in the sports medicine field is advantageous
