Senior/ Enrolled Nurse

Job Description:

- Perform nursing procedures in line with the person-centric philosophy of care, and in compliance with the ENHS (Enhanced Nursing Home Standards)

- Provide relevant nursing care to our residents, with on-going monitoring of their conditions

- Build rapport with residents and their families

- Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care

- Provide clinical guidance to junior nursing staff

- Oversee the rostered nursing team in the absence of the Staff Nurse

Key Requirements:

- Minimum NITEC in Nursing

- Possess valid Practicing Certificate issued by the SNB

- Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage

- Meticulous and accurate

- A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

- Able to work well under pressure

- Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage
