Staff Nurse (Jurong West)

Senior/ Staff Nurse

Job Description:

- Responsible for ensuring person-centric care according to the needs of the residents and their respective conditions

- A team player with good interpersonal skills and possess effective managerial qualities in compliance with the ENHS (Enhanced Nursing Home Standards)

- Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care

- Build rapport with residents and their families

- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to junior nursing staff

- Involved in orientation and on-going training of nursing staff

Key Requirements:

- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing from an institution approved by the SNB (Singapore Nursing Board)

- Valid Practicing Certificate issued by the SNB

- A team player with good interpersonal skills and possess effectivemanagerial qualities

- Good communications skills

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage
