Staff Nurse - WCAN

Responsibilities for Staff Nurse:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients care needs.
• Administer nursing care in accordance with doctors orders, hospital policies, and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety practices.
• Foster a safe, caring, and supportive environment for patients.
• Mentor and support junior nurses to encourage professional development and teamwork.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications for Staff Nurse:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Able to work rotating 3-shift schedules.
