About the Role
As the eufy Brand Manager for Singapore, you will be the sole owner of eufy's local brand presence — building awareness, driving consideration, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with Singapore's multicultural consumers. You will bridge HQ's global brand strategy with Singapore's local market reality.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role: you define the local brand narrative, manage the full marketing mix, and work closely with e-commerce, retail, and PR partners to convert brand equity into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns — Plan, execute, and measure 360° campaigns across digital (Meta, TikTok, Google), out-of-home, PR, and retail activations; ensure campaigns are locally relevant and deliver measurable ROI.
- Own eufy's brand positioning in Singapore — Adapt global brand strategy to local consumer insights; define the tone, messaging, and visual identity across all local touchpoints (social, paid, in-store, influencer).
- Drive local channel activation — Collaborate with e-commerce partners (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon.sg) and offline retail (Harvey Norman, Courts, Best Denki) to co-develop brand campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional mechanics that drive conversion.
- Build and manage local media & influencer ecosystem — Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs, tech/lifestyle influencers, and media partners; build long-term relationships that grow organic brand reach.
- Track brand health and campaign performance — Establish KPIs, lead regular reporting on brand awareness, share of voice, and campaign ROI; use data to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally — Work closely with the regional MKT team, Sales, E-commerce Operations, and HQ Product teams to ensure brand consistency and aligned go-to-market execution.
Requirements
Background
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a brand management or integrated marketing role
- Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, FMCG, or tech lifestyle industry strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Singapore's multicultural consumer landscape (Chinese, Malay, Indian, expat communities)
- Proven track record of independently planning and executing integrated campaigns end-to-end
