Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers, providing friendly and professional service at all times.
• Respond to customer enquiries via messages and social media platforms linked to our aesthetic clinic outlets.
• Manage e-commerce interactions by assisting customers who purchase skincare products online, including packing and dropping off parcels.
• Maintain accurate clinic records, including entering package and sales details, and ensure customer acknowledgment after treatments.
• Assist with minor video shooting tasks as required by the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers will be an advantage
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Comfortable using social media and e-commerce platforms
• Willing to assist with light creative tasks such as video shooting
