Core Mandates
Strategic Retail Excellence
- Visionary Leadership: Spearhead the operational roadmap for our Singapore retail network, ensuring every store delivers on brand prestige and profitability.
- Performance Culture: Own the P&L. Define and exceed KPIs for sales, EBITDA, and customer loyalty.
- Brand Presentation: Elevate the in-store experience through world-class visual merchandising and localized promotional strategies that resonate with the Singaporean market.
Omnichannel & Digital Growth
- Digital Transformation: Lead the evolution of our e-commerce platform, optimizing the funnel from traffic acquisition to last-mile delivery.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics to refine product assortments, pricing strategies, and personalized digital marketing efforts.
B2B & Wholesale Expansion
- Network Building: Architect a robust B2B strategy targeting high-tier hospitality, corporate sectors, and key wholesale partners.
- Partnership Management: Act as the lead negotiator for major accounts, securing long-term contracts and high-value commercial terms.
Financial Stewardship
- P&L Mastery: Manage comprehensive budgets and forecasting models; implementing agile corrective measures to protect margins in a fluctuating market.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuous audit of workflows to eliminate friction and drive cost-effective scaling.
The Ideal Profile
- Experience: 8–12 years of progressive leadership within Retail, FMCG, or Luxury (experience in Wine/Spirits or F&B is highly prized).
- The Polymath Skillset: A rare blend of traditional brick-and-mortar operational discipline and modern digital-first growth hacking.
- Commercial Acumen: You don't just read P&Ls; you understand the levers that move them.
- Communication: A natural storyteller and negotiator who can align internal teams and external partners toward a single vision.
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; WSET certification or a deep personal connoisseurship of wine is a significant advantage.
