Responsibilities
The App Monetization Marketing Manager will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational tasks to ensure the success of the Audience Network brand in the APAC region. The following table outlines the key responsibilities across different functional areas:
1. Strategy Development
Lead and execute the marketing strategy for Audience Network, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities, especially those relevant to key APAC markets (China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan).
2. Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand presence and recall for Audience Network within the APAC region.
3. Program Execution & Content
Develop, deploy, and localize content and marketing materials such as presentations and playbooks. Launch and manage integrated marketing programs, including digital marketing campaigns and enablement initiatives tailored for the APAC market. Familiar with the GCR ecosystem (e.g. the usage of WeChat/Baidu in China)Support updates to the GCR website based on global changes made.
4. Event Strategy
Execute Meta Audience Network's owned, sponsored, and co-owned events in close collaboration with Global Commercial and marketing teams. Ability to work with and manage external marketing/event agencies. Oversee strategic and logistical planning for conferences and key industry moments.
5. Measurement & Insights
Identify the effectiveness of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis. Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to assess partner marketing effectiveness, translating complex data sets into actionable insights and identifying trends.
6. Market Insights
Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments within the monetization product space, specifically focusing on the APAC markets.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet a comprehensive set of minimum qualifications and should ideally possess several preferred qualifications that align with the strategic goals of the Audience Network team.
Qualification Type
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliances marketing, ideally within a B2B technology environment. Proven success in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Language Skills: Native or fluent Mandarin (Chinese) speaker, coupled with strong English communication skills.
Regional Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with partners in the APAC region, with a deep understanding of local business practices, culture, and regulatory environments.
Skills & Competencies: Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong virtual presence, and high attention to detail. Metrics-driven marketing approach combined with strong analytical skills.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with third parties and cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, and Legal departments, to lead complex projects successfully.
Technology & AI: A fast learner who demonstrates willingness to learn and familiarity with AI tools, capable of adapting to new technologies to enhance program management efficiency. Strong understanding of ad tech business.
Education: A BA/BS degree or higher is required.
Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, GTM messaging, and Collateral design. Experience in the Mobile Gaming or AdTech industry, as well as performance or brand advertising. Familiarity with SaaS, machine learning, Meta's products, and the China digital and ads ecosystem.
