Sports & Corporate Events Planner / Coordinator

The WOW Experience is a dynamic events company that specializes in team building, kids trainings, overseas retreats and run many other active team sports like Combat Skirmish, ZOVB Activities, Laser Clay Shooting, Kids Holiday Camps and many more.

At this moment, we are looking for a candidate to coordinate, execute and liaise with clients to plan these spectrums of events. The suitable candidate should be:

- Enthusiastic in planning and running corporate and sports events

- Possesses a diploma qualification (minimum)

- Loves planning and coordination work

- Strategic thinking and able to come up with creative solutions

- Able to work on weekends

- Willing to learn and put in effort to go the extra mile for clients

- More than comfortable to speak in front of a crowd

- Extra advantage if candidate has Drivers License (manual) and other certs likecoaching or first aid etc

Job Summary

Plan and execute corporate and sports events by collaborating with clients to design tailored programs. Support team members and assist with backend logistics to ensure smooth event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate and sports-related events to meet client objectives
• Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and design customized event programs
• Support team members by coordinating tasks and sharing resources to achieve portfolio goals
• Assist in maintaining and managing backend logistics to ensure seamless event operations
• Opportunity to travel to neighbouring countries for events / retreats
