Responsibilities:
. Assist in developing and maintain employee rosters and shift schedules based on operational needs, staff availability, and Singapore labour regulations
. Monitor attendance, manage shift changes, and update schedules in a timely manner
. Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts
. Supervise operational processes to ensure smooth execution
. Assist with general operations planning and process improvement initiatives as required
Required Skills:
. Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
. At least 1 year experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations coordination.
. 5-day work week (1 weekday off and 1 weekend day off on a rotational basis)
. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
