We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Assistant (Part-Time) to support day-to-day logistics and administrative activities. This role involves processing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and assisting with basic warehouse tasks such as packing and unpacking goods.
Work Schedule
- 3 days per week (flexible and negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
- Process and track purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams on order and delivery status
- Assist with packing, labeling, and unpacking of goods
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment documentation
- Perform basic stock checks and report discrepancies
- Support general operational and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Management, or equivalent
- Some experience supporting purchase order processes or logistics coordination is preferred
- Exposure to import/export shipments is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle light physical work (packing and unpacking items)
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
