Are you ready to take on a high-impact sales leadership role We are looking for a
Solution Sales Director, SSEA based in Singapore to lead and coach our sales activities for equipment. In this role, reporting to the Head of South and South East Asia, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing solution sales plans while building a solid understanding of our customers businesses to drive value-based selling.
What Are Your Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of solution sales strategies that drive team performance and revenue growth. Champion proactive sales initiatives, oversee order intake, and steer pricing decisions to deliver strong commercial outcomes within your market area.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Empower and support the team, partnering with them to unlock their full potential and co-creating pathways for their success and professional growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain direct relationships with major accounts, while actively supporting and participating in complex customer negotiations and senior management dialogues.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market and customer demands, tracking competitive environments, forecasting order intake, and monitoring market shares and won/lost data via CRM.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee annual planning and budget processes, manage cost control, ensure HSE compliance in daily operations, and guarantee business compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct.

What You Bring To The Role
- Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in solution creation and driving team performance.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of both equipment and service offerings within the industry.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven capabilities for cross-functional work, with the ability to focus locally while thriving in a global environment.
- Communication & Drive: Excellent communication, social, and English language skills, paired with a strong can-do attitude to successfully navigate complex environments.
- Educational Foundation: A degree in economics, engineering, or a similar field.
