Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with the goals of the assigned ministry.
- Identify high-value agencies and accounts, and drive new business opportunities within these targets.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organisations.
- Deeply understand our service portfolio and effectively articulate value propositions to senior executives, ensuring alignment with their priorities and needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or surpass revenue objectives.
- Provide leadership with regular reports on sales progress, emerging opportunities, and market dynamics.
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Possess the necessary security clearance required for public sector engagements.
- 7-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Solid understanding of key Singapore industries, such as public sector, transportation, healthcare, and higher education, backed by an established professional network.
- Demonstrated capability in building and sustaining relationships with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with consultative and solutionbased selling approaches.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate a clear vision and align solutions across diverse business domains.
- Proven experience generating leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
