Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with the goals of the assigned ministry.
Identify high-value agencies and accounts, and drive new business opportunities within these targets.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organisations.
Deeply understand our service portfolio and effectively articulate value propositions to senior executives, ensuring alignment with their priorities and needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or surpass revenue objectives.
Provide leadership with regular reports on sales progress, emerging opportunities, and market dynamics.
Stay updated on relevant industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Possess the necessary security clearance required for public sector engagements.
7-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Solid understanding of key Singapore industries, such as public sector, transportation, healthcare, and higher education, backed by an established professional network.
Demonstrated capability in building and sustaining relationships with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem?solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with consultative and solution?based selling approaches.
Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate a clear vision and align solutions across diverse business domains.
Proven experience generating leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
