Job Description
About UPGroup Asia
UPGroup Asia is an integrated event experience agency delivering award-winning events across Singapore and Asia. Our creators, strategists and specialists bring together five core capabilities: Experience Management, Venue Management, Creative Studio, Event Technology and Stage Effects.
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Content Creator & Producer to capture and showcase the work, people and experiences behind Unearthed Productions. You will film and edit our events, productions and company activities into engaging, marketing-led content for our brand, campaigns and digital channels.
You will work closely with the Marketing team and manage video projects end to end—from concept and production planning through filming, editing, delivery and, where required, coordination of external production partners.
Key responsibilities
• Plan, film and produce high-quality video content for events, productions and company initiatives.
• Capture event highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, testimonials, venue setups and production processes with the intended marketing output in mind.
• Proactively identify strong stories and visual opportunities on-site for social media, digital campaigns, case studies, capability videos and other brand channels.
• Ensure footage is professionally shot, well composed and aligned with the company's brand and visual standards.
• Manage on-site filming requirements, including equipment preparation, shooting schedules and coordination with internal teams.
• Edit platform-native content in different formats and lengths for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites and campaigns.
• Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual content and contribute fresh concepts for campaigns and social media.
• Repurpose existing event footage into new campaign assets, social edits, case studies and capability-led videos.
• Manage multiple video projects from concept to final delivery, including production plans, filming schedules, post-production timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain an organised library of footage, project files and final assets, with appropriate naming, storage, backup and archiving.
• Assess when work should be produced internally or outsourced; source, brief and manage external videographers, editors, production crews and creative vendors when required.
• Review outsourced deliverables to ensure they meet creative, technical and quality standards.
• Manage and maintain video equipment and recommend tools, software or resources that improve production quality and efficiency.
• Support internal communications, employer branding and company announcements when required.
What we're looking for
• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, Digital Media, Visual Communications or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in videography, video production, content creation or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on filming and video-editing experience.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
• Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, sound recording and basic production techniques.
• Experience filming live events, corporate events, conferences or productions is an advantage.
• Strong project-management, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced events environment.
• Comfortable travelling to event venues when required.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
If you enjoy turning real moments into compelling stories and want to create content that brings memorable experiences to life, we would love to hear from you.
