ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media &Content Creator to join our team.
You will be responsible for creating content that goes beyond the usual treatment process, condition base or clinical environment - capturing the people, energy and experiences that make our team and care stand out.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys wellness holistic health, creating short-form content and turning ideas into engaging socialmedia campaigns or impressions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Social Media
- Conceptualise, shoot and edit content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, Stories, photography and other social content.
- Produce content across sports, active lifestyle, pain conditions, people and events.
- Manage content calendars and day-to-day publishing.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand & culture.
- Monitor social media performance and stay updated with relevant trends.
- Capture content during selected events and activations.
Marketing Support
- Support marketing coordination and administration.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, partnerships and events.
- Coordinate campaign content, timelines and deliverables.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in health & wellness, lifestyle or events content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography + videography.
- Experience managing social media accounts professionally.
- Strong eye for composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop and video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form content.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and wellness brands.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Approximately 4 hours per working day on-site is required. (Open for discussion during interview)
- As we operate clinics and events attendance, some weekend availability may be required, with scheduling arranged flexibly around events and content needs.
