We are a dynamic and growing Chinese Restaurant Chain company looking to expand our online presence. Our mission is to engage audiences, build brand awareness, and create meaningful connections through digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, Pintinterest, Telegram, Little Red Book, etc.).
Develop creative captions, hashtags, and visuals to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
Track performance metrics (likes, shares, impressions, click-throughs) and provide regular reports.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Strong writing and communication skills with a flair for creativity.
Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional).
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for digital marketing and storytelling.
ITE / Diploma accepted
