Position: Snr Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Changi Airport
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
. Provide end-user computing device (EUCD) support and troubleshooting
. Manage and deploy laptops and related hardware
. Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
. Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
. Administer Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
. Provide support for Mac and Apple devices
. Ensure high-quality customer service and user satisfaction
. Adhere to ITIL best practices (preferred)
Requirements:
. Experience in EUCD support and deployment
. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
. Hands-on experience with Mac and Apple product support
. Good communication and customer service skills
. ITIL certification or knowledge is an advantage
