Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee our marine project operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring site safety, smooth workflow, and compliance with regulatory and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project schedule, quality standards, and specifications.

2. Enforce safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environment.

3. Oversee and guide workmen to ensure proper workflow, productivity, and compliance with procedures.

4. Ensure timely deployment of machineries and conduct routine inspections of all project tools, equipment, and machineries.

5. Maintain workforce discipline and promote a culture of safety and accountability on site.

6. Enforce proper housekeeping and maintenance regimes throughout the worksite.

7. Act as the on-site representative during operations, ensuring compliance with discharge and operational instructions.

8. Provide timely feedback on site conditions and progress to management.

9. Carry out other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in marine project operations.

2. Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Singapore.

3. Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, particularly in marine and port projects.

4. Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safe work procedures.

5. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

6. Basic proficiency in MS Office for preparing reports and documentation.
