Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Supervising of overall work activities at construction site
Monitor site and ensure work progress is in accordance with the project schedule
Attending site/project meetings with all personnel involved in the project
Maintain high standard for safety policies
Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors , and suppliers
Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
Train and mentor site staff to enhance productivity and safety awareness
Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive working environment on-site

Job Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years experience in construction supervision or site management
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
Required BCSS and Work-at-Height Certification
Possess RES Certification
Must be able to work in a team
Possess good supervisory and operational skills
