Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, with a strong focus on tunnel works.
Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety requirements.
Manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project schedules and quality standards.
Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with engineers and relevant parties to resolve site issues promptly.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with authority requirements.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
Familiar with construction safety regulations and site procedures.
Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.
Willing and able to work night shifts.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Relevant construction or safety certifications will be an advantage.
