Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Technical Officers will be responsible for the supervision of non‑structural works, specifically:

• Supervising Architectural and M&E works at project sites

• Overseeing non‑structural works in PPVC and/or PBU fit‑out yards.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, specifications, and site requirements.

• Reporting to the Lead Consultant, Project Management Consultant, Landscape Architecture Sub‑Consultant, and respective Qualified Persons (Arch/C&S/M&E).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a relevant BCA qualification (e.g., Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology), or an equivalent ITE certification.

• Minimum 3 years experience in supervision of building projects.

• Must have attended MOM‑accredited safety courses and maintain annual safety‑related training to ensure competency.

• Landscape Specialization (if applicable): For deployment to landscape works, candidates must hold a WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations or an HDB‑approved equivalent.
