SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.

Ensure project work is completed on schedule and within quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently.

Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.

Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.

Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.

Verify completed work and prepare progress reports.

Ensure all workers follow company policies and safety regulations.

Requirement

Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Good leadership and team coordination skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and site practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
