Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervision & Coordination: Manage daily site activities, direct workers and subcontractors, and ensure work follows design, schedule, and quality standards.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.

• Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.

• Project Tracking: Report progress to project managers, maintain logs of site activities, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

• Material & Equipment Management: Oversee delivery, usage, and maintenance of construction materials and equipment.

• Team Management: Lead and motivate workers, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• Education:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

  • Typically 3-5 years in construction supervision or related role.
