Site Supervisor / Foreman

Job Descriptions

· Planning to carry on site works and monitoring daily site operations for workers.

· Responsible for site supervision and coordination of site works with other trades such as architectural or M&E drawings specifications and schedule.

· Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.

· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Ensure safety compliance, quality control of materials/equipment on site.

· Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

· Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

· Record and ensure proper documentation.

· Any other duties as assigned
