Senior Foreman/ Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

. To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day-to-day operations.

. Familiar with structural work

. Develop a work schedule for workers

. Supervise all construction workers

. Solve disputes between workers

. To carry out inspection of workers personal protection equipment and safety gear to adhere to the company's safety policies.

. Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors

. Report on progress to managers, quantity surveyor etc.

Requirements

. Proven experience as construction foreman/site supervisor, in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines

. Min 5 years of relevant working experience

. Weekend duty is required
