Position: Construction Site Supervisor (Structural Steel)

Roles & Responsibilities

. Liaise with Project Manager / drafter / contract manager

. To ensure installation / fabrication is carried out as per construction drawings .

. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed

. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers

. Carry out inspection in accordance with standard

. Control material waste , completion time

. Guide and training new or refreshment workers

Job Requirements

. Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course

. Team Player

. Able to work fast track

. Allocate general and daily responsibilities

. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

. Efficiently update site situation to Project Manager

. Attend the daily tool-box meeting

. Ensure team member to follow the workplace health rules and regulations (such as PPE , work at height , welding)

. Site Supervisor Malaysian are welcome to join

. Able to understand construction drawings
