Senior Site Supervisor/Foreman (Construction)

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety requirements
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and productivity
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or site issues promptly
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients on project matters
• Prepare daily site reports, manpower records, and work progress updates
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety regulations
• Plan and schedule site activities to meet project deadlines
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and safety briefings
• Monitor material delivery and usage on site
• Assist in resolving site coordination and construction-related issues
• Mentor and guide junior supervisors and workers when required

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site supervision experience
• Experience handling structural, architectural, or A&A works preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and safety regulations
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and manpower management skills
• Familiar with BCA and MOM safety requirements
• Possess good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to project completion
