About the Company:
Our client is a well-established electrical contractor in Singapore, specializing in electrical installation, maintenance, and project management for commercial, industrial, and residential developments. They are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Site Supervisor (Electrical Project) to oversee on-site electrical works and ensure timely, safe, and quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily site activities, manpower allocation, and work progress to meet project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all electrical works comply with relevant codes and regulations (SS, CP, BCA, EMA standards).
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical or site-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including progress reports, inspection records, and work completion updates.
- Monitor materials and equipment usage, ensuring proper storage, handling, and timely requisition.
- Enforce workplace safety and health regulations (WSH), promoting a safe working environment.
- Attend site coordination and progress meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Min NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation or construction projects, preferably with an electrical contractor in Singapore.
- Familiar with electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and power distribution in commercial or industrial projects.
- Sound knowledge of local regulations and codes (e.g., BCA, EMA, WSH).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and guide site workers effectively.
