Electrical & Instrument Site Supervisor
Total Process Systems (TPS) is a Singapore-based EPC/EPCM firm specializing in semiconductor facility projects and advanced cleanroom systems. We deliver integrated design and construction management solutions across mechanical, electrical, process, and cleanroom engineering.
. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
. Support project engineers in managing schedules, progress tracking, and technical reporting.
. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project quality standards.
. Supervise instrumentation installation, loop checking, and calibration for process tools and facility systems.
. Monitor electrical panel (LV/MV) installation, termination, and testing activities.
. Oversee installation of cable trays, trunking, conduits, lighting, small power, and grounding systems.
. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site installation activities for electrical and instrumentation works within cleanroom and semiconductor facilities.
. Fresh diploma holders with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
. Good understanding of workplace safety, SCDF/SS638 electrical standards, and quality requirements.
. Familiarity with instrumentation works such as loop testing, calibration, and tool hook-up will be an advantage.
. Knowledge of electrical systems including LV distribution, lighting, earthing, and cable containment.
. 1-2 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation site supervision (cleanroom/semiconductor projects preferred).
. Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline
