Site Operations Supervisor (Electrical & M&E Projects)
Changi or Loyang | $3,000-$5,000 + Allowances | Full-time, Site-based
What you'll do
- Coordinate daily site activities to keep projects moving smoothly
- Manage labour, materials, and equipment to avoid delays or waste
- Supervise subcontractors and uphold quality workmanship every day
- Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and procedures
- Liaise with engineers, clients, and main contractors to resolve issues quickly
- Track progress, highlight risks, and keep all parties informed
- Prepare for inspections and assist in seamless project handovers
What we're looking for
- Hands-on supervisory experience in electrical/M&E, experience in BCA L6 / L5 graded Electrical Engineering
- A practical problem-solver who can adapt quickly on the ground
- Clear communicator who keeps teams aligned and clients reassured
- Safety-conscious and quality-driven mindset
- Reliable, proactive, and confident working independently on-site
