Site Project Supervisor (Electrical, M&E)

We are looking for a Site Project Supervisor who thrives in the field, someone hands-on, and detail-oriented, ready to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
This role is essential to ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to the quality standards our clients expect. You'll be the link between engineers, contractors, and clients, keeping operations on track while maintaining safety and efficiency.
What you'll do
- Support the Project Engineer in executing assigned projects
- Manage and requisition resources (labour, materials, equipment) as needed
- Supervise sub-contractors and ensure quality workmanship daily
- Oversee material handling, storage, and minimise wastage
- Coordinate material deliveries and liaise with relevant parties
- Ensure safety practices and compliance are always followed
- Conduct quality checks and inspections with clients, RTO, and main contractors
- Track site progress and provide updates to engineers and drafters
- Arrange permits to work before site execution
- Report and raise non-conformance issues promptly
- Assist in project handover and ensure smooth client acceptance
