About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing engineering and construction solutions provider, part of an established international group expanding its presence in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, maintain site diary and progress records.
- Monitor project schedule, manpower deployment, and site coordination.
- Oversee usage of construction materials and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical/site issues.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld.
- Prepare progress reports and propose corrective measures.
- Support installation works such as cable tray, conduit, cabling, and equipment setting-out.
- Assist Project Manager in project execution and supervision.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, M&E, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years relevant site experience in M&E/ELV works.
- Familiar with CAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Singapore construction laws and safety management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with HQ).
- Singaporean or PR only.
Salary Package
- Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): 13th month
- Annual Bonus: Performance-based
- Annual Leave: 14 days
