About our client: Our client is a leading Construction and Civil Engineering company supporting the Oil & Gas and Chemical Processing Industry.
About the role:
- Support daily maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Assist in supervising contractors, verifying completed works, and closing CMMS work orders.
- Coordinate statutory inspections, testing, and maintenance with relevant vendors, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain as-built drawings, logbooks, and inspection records in accordance with COMPANY's scope standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine checks, raise observations, and recommend improvement measures.
- Support permit-to-work applications, ensure safe work practices, and comply with site HSE protocols.
About you:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M&E) maintenance and facility management.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, including routine maintenance and repair.
- Experience in contractor supervision, CMMS work order management, and documentation control.
- Familiarity with statutory inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Basic understanding of permit-to-work systems, site safety procedures, and HSE protocols.
- Good organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office familiarity with CMMS or other facility management software is preferred.
