Job Summary
AR Contractor Pte Ltd seeks a Painting Supervisor to oversee painting projects at residential sites, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality work across HDB flats, condominiums, and landed houses.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily painting activities at residential project sites to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Assign tasks and coordinate a team of painters and workers to optimize productivity and teamwork
- Ensure proper surface preparation including sanding, plastering, and sealing to achieve durable paint finishes
- Monitor work progress and adjust plans to meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality inspections to verify smooth finishing and customer satisfaction
- Communicate project requirements and updates with clients and management to maintain alignment
- Protect furniture and flooring by implementing appropriate covering methods before painting begins
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work site after painting completion
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure correct use of painting equipment to prevent accidents
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in painting or construction work to effectively manage site operations
- Basic leadership and team coordination skills to guide and motivate workers
- Good understanding of painting processes and materials to ensure quality outcomes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites efficiently
